What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are riders who back BikerBase before public launch. You pay a one-time contribution for your tier, keep founder status permanently, and get the rewards listed for Rider, Tourer, Pioneer, or Legend — including early access, badges, and tier-specific perks.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards supported in your region.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Your card details are encrypted in transit and are not stored on BikerBase servers.
Is this a subscription?
No. Founding tiers are a one-time contribution. Your founding status does not expire and there is no recurring charge for being a Founding Member.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Contact support if you need help with a refund.
What happens if my payment fails?
Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try again or use a different card. If problems continue, contact your card issuer or our support team.
What if my preferred tier is sold out?
Each tier has a fixed number of spots. When a tier sells out, it will not reopen at the same founding price. You can choose another available tier while spots last.
